Empower Health & Hormones was founded with a commitment to patient empowerment and shared decision making, putting you, the patient, at the center. We are based in Louisville, KY and serve women, transgender individuals, and the LGBTQI+ community across Kentucky and beyond. We specialize in gynecologic health, sexual dysfunction, pelvic pain, gender-affirming hormone therapy, perimenopause, and menopause care.

Peri-Menopause and Menopause Care

The changes and discomforts associated with perimenopause can begin in ones thirties. Get evidence based treatment to improve your quality of life.

Gender Affirming Hormone Care
 
Initiate or continue hormone therapy based on your gender expression goals. Individualized care based on UCSF guidelines to ensure an evidence based transition.

Sexual & Reproductive Health


Contraceptive care/Birth Control, STI testing, management of irregular bleeding and other gynecological conditions like PCOS, endometriosis, pain with intercourse, PMDD, etc.


General Health & Wellness

Wellness and preventative care for puberty and beyond. Including routine assessment, screening and lab work as well as reviewing wellness topics and recommendations.

 

Cannabis Certification

Obtain certification to obtain a Kentucky Medical Cannabis Card with documentation of one of the following conditions: cancer, chronic pain, epilepsy or seizure disorder, multiple sclerosis, muscle spasms, chronic nausea or cyclical vomiting syndrome resistant to conventional treatments or PTSD.
